The Treasury Leadership Summit is excited to announce that Tamara Saront-Eisner, Treasurer and VP of Mergers & Acquisitions, Americas at Air Liquide, will join the 2026 speaker lineup as a moderator.
Tamara leads Treasury and M&A for the Americas Hub at Air Liquide, a Fortune 500 company and the global leader in industrial gases. Since joining the organization in 2015, she has overseen treasury activities across the Americas, including cash management, trade finance, banking, forecasting, pensions, and foreign exchange and commodity risk management. In 2021, she expanded her responsibilities to include mergers and acquisitions, leading acquisition and divestiture activity throughout the region.
Prior to Air Liquide, Tamara held several senior finance leadership positions at Repsol, including Local CFO in the United States and Regional Treasurer for the United States and Canada. She currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Association for Financial Professionals (AFP) and holds degrees from the University of San Andres and the London School of Economics.
Tamara will moderate the session, “Treasury Under Pressure: Liquidity and Risk Tactics in Dynamic Conditions.” Treasury teams are under growing pressure to manage liquidity, funding, and risk amid rapid change, economic uncertainty, and evolving business demands. This discussion will explore practical tactics for maintaining control whether organizations are navigating growth, restructuring, or macroeconomic volatility. Attendees will hear how treasury leaders are adapting forecasting processes, access to capital strategies, and risk management frameworks to remain resilient and responsive.
With extensive experience leading treasury operations and strategic transactions for one of the world’s largest industrial organizations, Tamara brings valuable insight into the challenges and opportunities facing treasury leaders today. Her expertise in liquidity management, risk oversight, capital planning, and corporate strategy will help guide an engaging and highly relevant discussion for attendees.
