John Engeman is a seasoned finance and treasury executive with leadership experience across global organizations in fintech, insurance, fashion, jewelry, healthcare, and telecommunications.

Alan Heap is an accomplished finance and treasury executive with more than 20 years of progressive leadership experience across multiple industries in corporate treasury and business finance. He currently serves as Treasurer at TreeHouse Foods, where he oversees treasury operations and insurance while supporting the company’s capital structure, liquidity strategy, financial controls, and enterprise risk management priorities. Throughout his career, Alan has led initiatives that improved forecasting accuracy and cross-functional processes, optimized liquidity and investment strategies, strengthened financial controls, enhanced debt covenant compliance, and supported capital markets, M&A integration, and risk management activities. Jie Hua is MD&GM; Head of Corporate Treasury Department, Americas Division (CTDAD) and CUSO Treasurer/Co-Treasurer for SMBC Group in the Americas. Jie is primarily responsible for Corporate Treasury to establish and enhance AD’s ALM, liquidity management, and capital management capabilities. Prior to joining SMBC, Jie worked in Citigroup Corporate Treasury, building out its global Funds Transfer Pricing system and led its implementation in North America, EMEA and APAC. Before that, Jie led Comprehensive Capital Analysis and Review (CCAR) and Current Expected Credit Losses (CECL) teams at Royal Bank of Canada (RBC), and the related engagement with the Federal Reserve Board. Prior to RBC, she held various senior roles in Treasury Liquidity, FTP and ALM, Balance Sheet Optimization, and Financial Planning &Analysis at Citigroup, Deutsche Bank, and Merrill Lynch. Jie has a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics from University of Chicago and a Master degree of Business Administration in finance from University of Chicago.
Tamara Saront-Eisner leads Treasury and M&A for the Americas Hub at Air Liquide, a Fortune 500 French company and the world leader in industrial gases. The hub represents more than 40% of the group’s consolidated revenue following the acquisition of Airgas in 2016. She joined Air Liquide in 2015 as VP and Treasurer, overseeing treasury activities across the Americas, including cash management, trade finance, risk management, pensions, banking, forecasting, and foreign exchange and commodity risk management. In 2021, she also assumed responsibility for M&A, leading acquisitions and divestitures in the region. Previously, Tamara held finance leadership roles at Repsol, including local CFO in the U.S. and Regional Treasurer for the U.S. and Canada. She serves on the board of the Association for Financial Professionals and holds degrees from the University of San Andres and the London School of Economics.
