Daniel J. Carmody is the Founder and President of Converge Events and the creator of the Treasury Leadership Summit, a peer-driven forum for senior corporate treasury executives. The Summit brings together treasury leaders to discuss liquidity strategy, risk management, treasury technology modernization, and the evolving role of treasury within the enterprise.
Dan began his career in corporate treasury at Arthur Andersen, Equity Office Properties, and AON Corporation. In 2002, he founded TreaSolution, a consultancy focused on treasury strategy and fintech innovation. He has taught the Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) program at Northwestern University and has delivered more than 150 presentations on treasury, risk, and leadership.

He holds certifications including CTP, CPA, and ARM, and has served on various boards and professional organizations, including serving as president of the Treasury Management Association of Chicago.

Andy Snyder, CPA, CAIA: Andy Snyder has over twenty years of accounting, auditing, financial management, and financial reporting experience with highly regulated financial institutions as well as digital asset custody services. Currently, he serves as the Head of Finance for Crypto.com’s U.S. operations and as Custody Officer of the Foris DAX Trust Company. Before joining Crypto.com in 2022, he served as Chief Financial Officer of Nadex, Inc. for nearly seven years as well as Chief Financial Officer of IG North America for more than two years. Additionally, he spent over a decade, collectively, managing financial audits for RSM US LLP and conducting accounting, operations, and financial reporting functions at William Blair Asset Management. He is a certified public accountant; a Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst; and held Series 3 and Series 34 certifications with the National Futures Association.
