The Treasury Leadership Summit is pleased to welcome Isaac Woods, Vice President and Treasurer at Rockwell Automation, as a panelist for TLS 2026.
Isaac will participate in the executive panel discussion, “The Future of Treasury Leadership: Skills, Strategy & the Road Ahead,” where senior treasury leaders will examine how the profession is evolving to meet new business demands, embrace emerging technologies, and strengthen organizational resilience.
As Vice President and Treasurer at Rockwell Automation, Isaac leads the company’s global treasury organization, overseeing bank and capital markets financing, cash management, foreign exchange, insurance and risk management, pension fund management, and strategic relationships with commercial banking partners, rating agencies, and pension asset managers.
Since joining Rockwell Automation in 2014 as Manager of Corporate Finance, Isaac has held leadership positions across capital markets, investor relations, financial planning and analysis, and served as Interim Vice President of Finance for the Software & Control operating segment, where he was responsible for full profit and loss oversight. His diverse finance leadership experience provides a broad perspective on how treasury supports enterprise strategy and long-term business performance.
Prior to Rockwell Automation, Isaac held treasury, financial planning and analysis, and retirement sales positions with SC Johnson and Edward Jones. His career reflects a strong foundation in corporate finance and treasury leadership across multiple disciplines.
During this session, attendees will gain practical insights into how treasury leaders are preparing for the future. The discussion will explore the skills and leadership capabilities needed to build high-performing treasury teams, the growing impact of artificial intelligence and emerging technologies, evolving risk management strategies, and treasury’s expanding role as a strategic partner to executive leadership.
Isaac’s experience leading a global treasury organization at one of the world’s leading industrial automation companies makes him an outstanding addition to this discussion. His perspective on balancing capital strategy, operational excellence, and organizational leadership will provide valuable takeaways for treasury professionals at every stage of their careers.
In addition to his executive responsibilities, Isaac serves on the executive board of Secure Futures, a Milwaukee-based nonprofit dedicated to improving financial literacy. He holds a bachelor’s degree from Southern Arkansas University, an MBA from Washington University in St. Louis, and is a Certified Public Accountant.
